I created the ‘Chicken Bone Broth & Spice Mix’ after becoming very frustrated in supermarket aisles trying to find a healthy sauce to add to my stir fry’s. Sauces you find on the shelf in your local supermarket are full of preservatives, additives, refined salt, sugar, flavour enhancers, colours, starch products, soy products, stabilizers, thickeners, processed seed and vegetable oils, MSG and plenty of other chemical numbers and nasties.
